The Sanctuary Experience
A private guided practice for women at a crossroads
There are moments when you know a shift is needed.
Not necessarily a dramatic one.
Or even one you can explain clearly.
But something has become too heavy, too constricted, or too unresolved to keep carrying in the same way.
This is a private first step for that moment.
Before you begin, I’ll orient you briefly to what this is, how to approach it, and what to expect.
The Sanctuary Experience is a self-paced audio practice you can do quietly, in your own space, with no one watching and no need to explain yourself.
Simply follow along, enter the practice, and notice what becomes available.
Begin the self-paced Sanctuary Practice
First Entry: Your first visit to the Sanctuary.
You’re guided into the inner space and begin to orient yourself there. 8:39 min.
The Bridge: A short pause before going deeper.
You have a choice: receive a little more context first, or go straight back into the practice. 1:47 min.
The Larger Map: More context for those who want it.
A brief orientation to what this process is working with and why it works the way it does. 4:37 min.
Return to the Sanctuary: A first taste of the deeper work.
You return to the Sanctuary and use the tools to work gently with something that has been taking up space. 16:39 min.
After the practice
By this point, something may have shifted.
It may be subtle.
It may be clearer than expected.
It may simply be the beginning of a different relationship with what you have been carrying.
There is nothing you need to do immediately.
What did this open?
If you’d like a short follow-up sequence to help you integrate the Sanctuary Experience, you can leave your email below.
You’ll receive three quiet notes from me over the next week:
One to help you reflect on what opened,
One with ways to continue the practice, and
One to help you sense whether a live circle or private conversation may be appropriate.
No newsletter.
No pressure.
No public group.
What would feel most useful now?
→ I want to continue privately on my own.
→ I’d like to experience this live in a small circle.
→ I may want a private conversation about deeper work.
→ I’m not sure yet.
If You Already Know the Next Step
Some women know immediately that they want to continue.
If that is true for you, there are two ways to go further.
Join the Sanctuary Practice Circle
A free online gathering where I guide a small group through the Sanctuary process in real time.
It is 90 minutes, live on Zoom.
It’s a chance to go deeper with others using this work seriously, ask questions the self-paced experience has opened, and experience the work in quiet company.
→ Join the next Sanctuary Practice Circle
Request an Orientation Conversation
A private 1-to-1 conversation with me, lasting 20 to 30 minutes.
This is for exploring whether deeper work together makes sense for where you are now.
It is not a sales call.
It is a quiet conversation about what you are carrying, what the practice opened, and whether private work would be appropriate.
