the sanctuary practice circle

A free monthly online gathering for anyone curious about inner work

Once a month I hold space online for anyone who wants to experience something quietly remarkable: a simple inner practice most people find easily accessible and surprisingly powerful.

No experience required. No beliefs assumed. Nothing beyond having a curious mind and a quiet place to sit.

What the Sanctuary is

The Sanctuary is an inner location (your own, specific to you) that’s there whether or not you've ever meditated, journeyed, or done any kind of inner work before.

In it you'll find a wiser version of yourself and two simple tools for clearing what's in the way and bringing in what's needed. The whole structure takes about fifteen minutes to reach the first time. Most people find it immediately. What happens there tends to be specific, felt, and genuinely useful — not abstract or vague.

I've been working with this practice for years: privately with clients, in groups, and in my own daily life. It's the foundation of everything I do.

The Sanctuary Practice Circle is simply an open door: a regular space where anyone can experience it directly, ask questions, and share what arose if they want to.

What happens in each gathering

Each session runs for ninety minutes and follows a simple arc.

A brief welcome and orientation: so you know what's coming and what to do.

A guided journey into the Sanctuary: I'll take the whole group in together, step by step. You'll meet your higher self, encounter two inner tools, and do one simple clearing.

Whatever you find is yours and stays yours unless you choose to share it.

An open conversation — for anyone who wants to share what happened, ask a question, or simply sit with the experience in company. This is often the richest part of the evening.

Nothing is for sale. Nothing to do afterward. You can come once and never return, or come back every month. Whichever serves you.

Who this is for

Anyone curious about expanded awareness, inner guidance, or working directly with what's under the surface of things.

People who've tried conventional meditation and found it frustrating or inaccessible — the Sanctuary can work where other approaches haven't.

People moving through a significant transition who want access to their own deeper knowing rather than someone else's answers.

People who simply want to experience something real and see what it opens.

There is no ideal participant. Genuine curiosity is the only qualification.

What it isn't

This isn't therapy, coaching, or a course. There's no curriculum, homework, or ongoing commitment. It's a practice space — somewhere to experience the tool directly, in the company of others doing the same thing.

A note on contribution

The Sanctuary Practice Circle is free to attend.

If you find value in the experience, a voluntary contribution of £5 to £15 is warmly welcomed. All contributions go directly to causes I support: helping abused children, animal welfare, Mayan communities in Guatemala, and guide dogs for the blind.

There will be no moment in the gathering where this is mentioned or made to feel obligatory. The link to contribute will be shared quietly at the close for anyone who wants to use it.

About Andrew

I've been working with inner tools and expanded states of awareness for over thirty years. First as a student of these practices, eventually as a guide for others.

The Sanctuary Practice Circle is an open offering — separate from my private work — born from a genuine love of sharing this practice with anyone curious enough to show up.

If you're interested in the private work, you'll find it at andrewwayfinder.com/work.
