ANDREW WAYFINDER
Private depth work for women at a threshold.
The Wayfinder Practices
All work I do begins in the same place.
Not with an assessment. Or history. Or a plan.
But with a direct introduction to three inner practices — each one a different route to the same source of knowing. They are the foundation and the entry point to all the work I offer.
The session is 90 minutes on Zoom. It is the first meeting after the Orientation Conversation, and it has two inseparable purposes: to give you a direct experience of your own inner knowing and to allow both of us to feel clearly what the right next step is — if there is one.
There is no external assessment. No verdict delivered from outside.
What becomes clear becomes clear through your own contact with what is actually present in you. That is the mechanism by which this session works. And why it works better than conversation alone.
The three practices
The Circles Intuition
This practice reconnects you to your body's own signal system. Intuition is not guesswork or an emotional reaction. It is a quiet, specific, often physical knowing that precedes and underlies analysis.
Many women at threshold have learned to override this signal. To act certain, manage their responses, operate from the neck up.
The Circles Intuition Tool gives you a simple, repeatable way to locate your own felt sense of what is true: the yes and no beneath the mind's deliberation. You learn to distinguish signal from noise, and to trust what you already know beneath what you have been managing.
This tool is foundational. Everything else in the session, and in the work that follows, rests on the capacity to hear your own signal clearly.
The Sanctuary Healing
This practice works at two levels simultaneously.
First is meeting the witness. You contact a part of you that sees your life with clarity and without reactivity. Sometimes called the ‘higher self’, this aspect exists above the turbulence of current circumstance.
This is not a spiritual concept requiring belief, but direct experience: a quality of stillness, altitude, and expanded perspective where what is actually true becomes visible.
Second, the Sanctuary Healing is more than a reflective practice.
Here, memory, belief, and emotional patterns are not just recalled or discussed. They are directly met — and if they no longer serve, released and replaced.
This is not reframing. Not cognitive restructuring. Not talking about your experience from the outside.
It is working with the inner material itself, at the level where it actually lives.
Patterns formed under threat, exclusion, or erasure — patterns that once protected but now constrain — can be met directly at their source and cleared. What replaces them is not imposed from outside. It arises from what is actually true in you, once what has been distorting the signal is removed.
The experience is specific and verifiable. It requires no belief. It simply requires a willingness to engage with what is actually there.
The Inner Guide Meditation
This practice is the most relational. Your inner guide is part of your interior, directly accessible and consultable. A presence, a figure, a voice, an image.
It emerges in a form that is right for you, without imposition or instruction about what it should be.
It responds. Offers perspective, direction, and unexpected clarity on questions that have been turning without resolution. You start a relationship you can return to independently — a source of inner counsel that is always available going forward.
All three practices approach the same source from different angles. Intuition speaks through the body. The higher self speaks through perspective. The inner guide speaks through relationship.
Together, they give you multiple points of access to what you already know — felt and verifiable in your own experience, without belief required.
What the session reveals
By the end of the 90 minutes, you get clarity — not through analysis or discussion, but through direct inner contact.
Sometimes it is clarity about the next step: which path feels aligned, and if the timing is right.
Sometimes it is clarity that something simpler is needed first — more settling, more ground, before anything deeper is entered.
Sometimes it is simply having made contact with something real and deep in you, which is worth having regardless of what follows.
Both of us feel this together. There is no verdict from outside. The session is designed so that what is true becomes apparent through the experience itself — to you, and to me, simultaneously.
This is not a test. It is a moment of joint listening.
Why it comes first
These three practices are not a warmup. They are the core of the work.
Everything that follows — whether a threshold crossing, a return to power, or a longer rhythm of continuity — comes from this ground. Hearing your own intuition, witnessing yourself, and consulting your inner guidance are what make the deeper work possible.
Without that ground, depth work is disorienting. With it, depth work is simply what happens when you trust what you already know.
Practical notes
Length: 90 minutes. Format: Zoom. This session follows the Orientation Conversation and precedes any further engagement. It is the entry point to all three paths.
