Private depth work for women at a threshold.

Over the past decade, I've worked with women in senior roles at moments when something essential is shifting beneath the surface of an apparently successful life.

Not a dramatic crisis — often the quieter, more difficult kind.

A point where the old way of operating no longer fits, and what comes next has not yet revealed itself.

At that moment, more strategy or analysis rarely reaches what's actually there.

Something more fundamental is needed: space, depth, and a different quality of attention.

The work I offer is private and deliberately small in scale. It is not therapy, coaching, or leadership development. It is direct inner work — grounded, precise, and without any belief required.

The aim is simple: to help you regain orientation, so that decisions and direction begin to clarify from the inside rather than through force.

“I’m doing more, with less effort, in a way that feels right for me.”
Nicola B., PhD, Research Team Head & University Lecturer

What brings women here

Many of the women I work with arrive at a recognisable moment.

They're functioning — sometimes at the highest level they've ever reached — but it's costing more than it used to. Decisions feel heavier. The old way still works, but it no longer feels true. Something inside keeps saying: enough.

They've tried what was available: strategy, discipline, therapy, coaching, rest. Some of it helped. None of it quite reached what was actually there.

If this is familiar, you're not broken. You're at a threshold.

What the work is

This is not therapy. It is not mindset work or leadership development.

It is direct inner work — felt and specific in lived experience, without requiring belief. It addresses the survival patterns, the carried weight, and the distorted relationship with power that accumulate over decades of navigating systems that were not designed for the women inside them.

The aim is not improvement. It is restoration: reconnecting with the inner guidance and authority that were always there, beneath the adaptations.

Truth doesn't need to be forced. It rises on its own when what blocks it is removed.

Three ways of working

The work meets women at three distinct moments — not as steps on a ladder, but as different ways of being met, depending on what is already alive.

At a threshold. When the old way of operating is finished and a deeper orientation is ready to emerge. A private intensive — held before, during, and after a two-day crossing. Not preparation. The thing itself.

Returning power. When something has already shifted and the work now is learning to hold it cleanly — in real life, in real rooms, without distortion. A private apprenticeship in discernment, embodiment, and right use of power.

Ongoing continuity. A year-long rhythm of clarity and soul-guided living. Not a programme. For women who are no longer asking who they are — but how to live what they already know.

You don't need to choose from this page. The front door is a short Orientation Conversation — to feel what's aligned, if anything.

About andrew

I work with women in senior roles at moments when something important is shifting beneath the surface of an apparently successful life.

I was supposed to be an investment banker. Six weeks into my first accounting class, my soul said no. Walking away didn't make my life easier. It made it more exacting — and more true.

Over many years I've trained in psychotherapy, trauma work, shamanic practice, and field-based intuitive methods — not to explain the territory, but to hold it cleanly for others.

I don't fix people. I don't optimise or push. My role is to clear what doesn't belong, reconnect you to your own guidance, and restore power that comes from essence rather than force.

The Orientation Conversation

The first step is a short conversation — 20 to 30 minutes on Zoom, private and without obligation.

We'll listen carefully enough to understand what's actually present, and whether this work is the right fit for your current moment.

You don't need to decide anything beforehand. You just need to be willing to be honest with yourself.
